Artist Feature Program (AFP)

A mission of this Artist Feature Program (AFP) is to help inspirational and remarkable talents to showcase their stories and their beautiful artworks through creatively, cinematically crafted film. By that, we aim to place this visual content and others  in various social media platform under Everyartist to premaritally promote artists and their artworks - wishing for their art journey to keep shining. 

  1. YouTube Artist Documentary Film / Artist Highlight Film : We produce high-quality cinematic documentaries or Artist Highlight Film that capture your creative journey and artistic philosophy. By synthesizing your artist statement, biography, and portfolio, we craft a narrative through the lens of your audience—focusing on storytelling that makes your work accessible and deeply resonant. Our goal is to create a timeless film that speaks for you for years to come.

  2. YouTube ‘Side-Kick’ Content : Along with the main film, we’ll drop a series of vertical clips and artwork features. These are built to keep your social media buzzing and pull steady traffic back to your main film and your profile without you having to overthink it.

  3. Social Media Promotions : These are 20–60 second promos designed to introduce artists to the social media space and guide viewers to the main films and ‘side-kick’ content. We plan on making as many of these as possible so more people see you.

  4. Digital Profile and Catalogue : We’re building a massive artist directory to connect you with the heavy hitters in the art world—from individual collectors to major galleries and institutions. Even if you aren't selected for this specific program right now, every artist who applies gets a profile on the Everyartist platform. We believe that every bit of online presence, whether it's a film or an article, helps you get seen by the right people.

Just Your Story and Artworks

Our Roadmap

Once everything checked out after application and first meeting over zoom call, we follow a structured process below to ensure your story is told with the highest quality and care.

Phase 1 : Onboarding & Discovery : Getting started is simple. Once you reach out, we’ll share a sample of our printed publications to ensure our styles align. If you’re ready to move forward, we will provide a submission link to gather more details about your work. This information helps us determine whether an Artist Documentary Film or an Artist Highlight Film best fits your story and our available resources. Afterward, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to discuss your vision and answer any questions. From there, we’ll finalize the contract and move straight into production.

Phase 2 : Production & Storytelling : This is the heart of the project. Using your biography, portfolio, and our initial call as a guide, we’ll plan and start production to capture a cinematic documentary of your journey as an artist. We focus on the "why" behind your work and document your process to create a film that is both inspirational and meaningful.

Phase 3 : Publishing & Momentum : Once the film is finished and published, we release a suite of high-engagement vertical clips and editorial features to promote you and your work. Depending on the project, we aim to create enough content to span up to a full year after the main film's release. These assets are designed to keep your social media buzzing and drive steady traffic back to your profile on our platform.

Ownership & Usage

You keep 100% ownership and copyright of your work. We aren't here to sell your art as products; we're here to tell your story. By working with us, you’re simply giving Everyartist permission to feature you in our films, archives, and printed projects like our zines and magazines. These editorial publications are designed to showcase your journey and are being sold to our audiences to help us fund your project and our mission so we can keep supporting more artists.

Eligibility

Mandatory Basic Requirements :

  • Age : Must be 18 years or older.

  • Location : The artist must currently be based in New York City.

  • Materials : Must provide essential materials (art statement, personal/professional story, art portfolio and a profile picture). *The portfolio must include the title, dimensions, and materials used for each piece. 

  • Access : Must provide access to artworks/workspace (studio, home, etc.) for filming an interview.

  • Consent : Must permit Everyartist to film and share content across its digital platforms and physical publications.

Required Artist Profile Traits :

  • Must be a practicing artist with an active body of work (minimum 15 completed pieces with common theme or artistic style that support artist statement).

  • Must be open to being filmed and able to speak candidly about your process, your story, and your career as an artist.

  • Must possess a recognizable theme, style, or narrative within their work.

Highly Encouraged (Non-Mandatory) :

  • Artists are strongly encouraged to have an active public platform (website, portfolio, or social channel) for viewers to explore their work and make direct inquiries or purchases.
