Application Guide
Application Stages & Beyond
There are three stages for this application processes.
Online Application Submission : This is where you share your story, your background, and your portfolio with us. Once you submit, our team will review your work and get back to you with an decision.
Online Interview & Meeting : If we move forward, we'll set up a casual virtual meeting. This is a two-way conversation—a chance for us to learn more about your creative practice, and for you to ask us any questions you have about the program.
Acceptance & Legal Documentation(s) : If it's a great match and you are accepted, we will send legal document where you'll be able to review and sign to finalize everything.
Application Form Details
Throughout this Artist Feature program pages, there are buttons (‘Application Form‘) that will take you to a online portal where we can take your information. Not only assessing your profile’s fit for this program, the information is essential for setting up your artist profile in our platforms.
Please ensure all the following information and files are gathered and ready.
Section 1. General Contact & Profile Details :
Contact Information : Full name and email address.
Section 2. Art Portfolios & Studio Location
Website : Provide your website that has your public profile and artworks.
Portfolio link : If there are more artworks outside of your website, please prepare them inside a Dropbox and Google Drive link for us to access it.
Location : Provide an address of your studio. This is where most production will take place as well as an interview.
Section 3. Artist Documents & Philosophy :
Professional Biography : Focus on your background, education, and key career highlights. Keep this between 300–500 words, as it will be published directly to your profile within our platform.
Artist Statement : Describe the philosophy, themes, and intent behind your current body of work in the first person (e.g., 'I explore...'). Focus on the concepts that drive your creative practice rather than just a physical description of the art.
Artistic Depth and Milestones : Please list 3–5 of your most significant recent professional accomplishments (e.g., solo exhibitions, major acquisitions, residencies, significant publications, or grants) from the last two years.
Current Art-Related Commitments : Briefly describe your current professional focus. If you are employed or run other businesses (e.g., teaching, commercial design, photography).
Representation Status : Are you currently represented by a gallery, agent, or dealer? If you are represented by gallery, agent or a dealer, please provide information so we can provide that information for all online materials.
Core Philosophy & Ethos : Share the personal values, core beliefs, or ethical commitments that fundamentally shape your artistic vision and approach to your work (e.g., Sustainability, Activism, Truth, Tradition, Community, etc.).
Section 4. Production Planning :
Production Availability : Your typical days of the week when you are available for filming (e.g., Mondays, Tuesdays, etc.).
Production Availability : Provide any additional information our production team should be aware of before your production day that has not been addressed in the sections above. This is your opportunity to ensure we arrive fully prepared and that nothing essential to your comfort, safety, or professional obligations is overlooked.
