Submission Details


Once you decide to more forward after viewing sample of our publications and what we do, we will then move forward to collect more information from you. We will send you a link to submit your information and materials to decide which main film would be suitable for you. These details are essential for setting up your artist profile in our system and preparing all future publications and film production. Please ensure all the following information and files are gathered and ready—you will submit everything directly into our system (powered by ‘Monday.com’).

Section 1. General Contact & Profile Details :

  • Contact Information: Full Name, Contact Number, and Email Address.

  • Online Presence: Current Website Address and Social Media links.

  • Location: Studio location (for production planning, ‘interview‘).

Section 2. Profile Picture & Artworks Submission :

  • Artist Headshot : One recent, high-quality, professional a profile picture (headshot) for use in the Everyartist Directory and publications, sized between 1–2 MB.

  • Portfolio Images : Submit 15 clean portfolio images of your artworks. Images must be free of watermarks, easily downloadable, and sized between 1–2 MB each.

  • Artwork Information Sheet (Data File) : A completed structured file (XLSX or CSV) detailing all 15 submitted artworks. This mandatory file must clearly list:

Section 3. Artist Documents & Philosophy :

  • Professional Biography : Focus on your background, education, and key career highlights. Keep this between 300–500 words, as it will be published directly to your profile.

  • Artist Statement : Describe the philosophy, themes, and intent behind your current body of work in the first person (e.g., 'I explore...'). Focus on the concepts that drive your creative practice rather than just a physical description of the art.

  • Artistic Depth and Milestones : Please list 3–5 of your most significant recent professional accomplishments (e.g., solo exhibitions, major acquisitions, residencies, significant publications, or grants) from the last two years.

  • Current Art-Related Commitments : Briefly describe your current professional focus. If you are employed or run other businesses (e.g., teaching, commercial design, photography), please estimate the percentage of time dedicated to your fine art practice versus other commitments.

  • Representation Status : Are you currently represented by a gallery, agent, or dealer? Please specify the name(s) of the representative(s), or simply state 'Self-Represented' if you handle all business affairs independently.

  • Core Philosophy & Ethos : Share the personal values, core beliefs, or ethical commitments that fundamentally shape your artistic vision and approach to your work (e.g., Sustainability, Activism, Truth, Tradition, Community, etc.).

Section 4. Production Planning :

  • Film Goal : A brief description of what you, as the artist, would like to communicate or focus on in the documentary film.

  • Production Availability : Your typical days of the week when you are available for filming (e.g., Mondays, Tuesdays, etc.).
